Excited Children

As part of our educational outreach, the Powder River Symphony is providing some important initiatives to students and teachers alike.


Professional Development for Teachers

A grant from the Dana Foundation has provided funding for workshops at NO COST to teachers.

Approval has been received from the Wyoming Professional Teaching Standards Board so that everyone who participates will receive professional development/re-licensure credit.

Resource materials, follow-up activities, and mentorship will be accessible through this website.

Workshops and Clinics for Students

Several of the Powder River Soloists are scheduled to work with teachers and students in the schools.
